- Real Wood, Not Printed Veneer — Solid timber is cut and finished so the grain shows through, giving every piece its own character. Built from rust finished iron with a wood frame.
- Bright Enough To Read By — The shade aims usable light where you need it without flooding the whole room.
- An Accent Piece, Not Just A Light — Off or on it reads as something you chose, not something the builder installed.
Description
Description
The Yvaine wall sconce takes its shape from a vintage horse-drawn lantern, built with a solid wood body finished in a weathered rust tone and topped with a metal-and-glass shade. The rustic silhouette and worn finish give it the look of a reclaimed carriage light, at home on farmhouse and industrial-style walls.
Behind the glass and metal shade sits a single E26 socket that accepts an LED, incandescent, or fluorescent bulb of the owner's choosing, since no bulb is included. The enclosed shade tempers the beam into a warm, contained pool of light, suited to living rooms and bedrooms where an accent glow rather than broad illumination is wanted.
The fixture wires directly to a wall junction box for a permanent, hardwired installation and is intended for dry interior locations only. Dust the wood body and wipe the glass shade with a soft, dry cloth to preserve the rust-toned finish over time.
