- Antique Bronze That Ages Well — The bronze finish is applied over metal and sealed, so it keeps its depth instead of rubbing back to silver. Built from antique bronze with a glass chimney.
- Bright Enough To Read By — The shade aims usable light where you need it without flooding the whole room.
- An Accent Piece, Not Just A Light — Off or on it reads as something you chose, not something the builder installed.
Description
Description
The Clemence wall sconce recreates the silhouette of a vintage kerosene lantern in cast metal finished in bronze, topped with a glass shade offered in a choice of frosted, clear crackle, or tea crackle texture. The single-light design wall-mounts on a compact plate suited to living rooms, bedrooms, and reading nooks that want a period-inspired accent.
A single E26 bulb (not included) works with LED, incandescent, or fluorescent sources, letting the fixture's glow range from a warm flicker-like effect to a brighter reading light as needed. Power runs through a hardwired connection to the home's wall switch rather than a plug and cord, keeping the wall area free of visible wiring.
The bronze body is finished to resist tarnish and pairs naturally with rustic, industrial, or farmhouse-style rooms, while the textured glass shade diffuses light and reduces glare. Intended for dry indoor locations, it mounts easily to a wall junction box; dust the glass shade periodically with a soft cloth to maintain its clarity and shine.
