30-Day Easy Returns
Here at AxioZone our goal is to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you do not find our product satisfactory we offer a simple return process.
Return Policy Overview
Return Window: There is a 30 day period from when you originally received your order to return the item
Condition: Items that you are trying to return have to be in their original condition, unused and returned along with the original packaging
Simple Returns: Returning items is easy, and our customer support team is here to assist you every step of the way.
Return Costs
For Defective Products: There will be no charge to the customer. This applies in situations where the product is either damaged by the carrier, incorrect, or found defective in another way.
For Customer Remorse: Here the cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies in situations where the customer purchases the wrong product, the item is not deemed as a good fit, or if they are no longer interested in the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning your item. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Email our team at info@axiozone.com, in the email include the reason for the return along with your order number.
2. Pack Your Item: Make sure that the item is repacked securely in the original packaging, including documents, tags, and accessories.
3. Send it Back: After receiving your return authorization email, drop your package off at the nearest carrier drop-off location and send it back using the instructions that are provided.
Refund Process
Examination: When we receive your return, we will examine the product to make sure it meets our criteria for returns
Refund: Once your return has been approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method. It typically takes around 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear, though timing can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different size or color? No problem! Contact us and we’ll assist you with a smooth and easy exchange process.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
