- Real Wood, Not Printed Veneer — Solid timber is cut and finished so the grain shows through, giving every piece its own character. Built from wood disc with an iron shade.
- Bright Enough To Read By — The shade aims usable light where you need it without flooding the whole room.
- Sets The Table Without Overhead Glare — Wall light across a dining room flatters food and faces far better than a fixture hanging over the middle.
Description
Description
The Wexford wall sconce sets a round wood disc backplate behind an iron shade for a classic farmhouse profile. A single light source sits centered on the disc, casting an up-and-down wash across the wall behind it. At 7.5 inches wide and 13.0 inches tall, it reads as a substantial single fixture, suited to flanking a dining room mirror or sideboard.
The fixture takes an E26 bulb, compatible with LED, incandescent, or fluorescent lamps, so brightness and warmth can be tuned to the room easily. No bulb is included, leaving the color temperature choice open. Wiring is hardwired for a fixed, permanent connection, and the sconce runs on either 110V-120V or 220V-240V depending on the market.
Wood and iron are used together throughout, from the disc backplate to the shade, for a finish that reads handcrafted rather than mass-produced. The fixture mounts directly to the wall over a standard junction box. It is built for dining rooms, working well as a pair on either side of a buffet, mirror, or archway.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it bright enough to actually read by?

Yes. The shade aims usable light onto the page rather than into the room, which is what makes it work as a reading light instead of just an accent.
Is the wood real or a printed finish?
Is the wood real or a printed finish?

How high should it go in a dining room?
