Kingsmere Wall Sconce

Kingsmere is a Scandinavian-style wall sconce that pairs a solid wood backplate with an iron cylinder shade, giving it a warm, natural material mix that suits a bedroom headboard wall. A jointed iron arm extends the cylinder shade away from the wall and can swing to redirect light where it is needed. The fixture is offered in White or Black, keeping the iron hardware understated against the wood base.

The cylinder shade takes a single E26 base bulb, compatible with LED, incandescent, or fluorescent lamps, so the household can select whichever color temperature suits nighttime reading. No bulb is included, and the open-ended cylinder shape directs light both up and down along the wall rather than flooding the room. The hardwired connection keeps the fixture free of visible cords near the bed.

Construction combines a wood wall plate with an iron swing arm and cylinder shade, built to hold steady once mounted to a junction box. The arm's reach lets the shade extend well past the wall plate on either side, useful for positioning light directly over a pillow. Dust the wood plate with a dry cloth and wipe the iron arm as needed; avoid soaking either material.
