- Glass That Softens The Light — A real glass shade lands the beam warm and even instead of harsh and flat. Built from carved iron with an amber glass shade.
- Bright Enough To Read By — The shade aims usable light where you need it without flooding the whole room.
- An Accent Piece, Not Just A Light — Off or on it reads as something you chose, not something the builder installed.
Description
Description
The Gaubert wall sconce sets a hand-finished glass shade inside a carved iron lattice frame, a design drawn from traditional cone-and-flower fixtures. The glass is offered in clear, green or amber, and the frame is available in two silhouettes: a compact Style A around 4.5 to 4.7 inches wide, or a fuller Style B measuring 7.68 inches wide and 8.66 inches high. Full assembly is required at installation.
A single E26 socket accepts LED, incandescent or fluorescent bulbs, though none ships with the fixture, so wattage and color temperature can be chosen to suit the room. The colored glass options tint the light output, as amber and green shades warm or cool the cast light while clear glass lets the bulb's true color through unfiltered.
Construction pairs an iron lattice cage with a glass shade, finished for dry indoor locations and rated for full assembly by the installer before mounting. Wiring is hardwired for a permanent connection, best completed by a licensed electrician. The carved detailing and available finishes suit living room accent walls, bedroom entries, or paired placement flanking a mirror.
