Description
Description
The Dumarais wall sconce shapes hand-woven bamboo into a stylized fish silhouette, mounted on a compact wall plate that stands 24.80 inches high and 7.87 inches wide. The natural beige tone and visible weave pattern give the fixture a handcrafted, vintage character suited to restaurants, bars and covered outdoor walkways. The open-weave shade lets light escape through the bamboo strands in a dappled pattern.
A single E14 socket sits at the center of the fish form, and no bulb ships with the fixture, so wattage and warmth can be matched to the room at setup. Dual voltage support (110V-120V and 220V-240V) covers both domestic and international wiring. Light passes through the bamboo weave to cast soft, textured shadows across nearby walls, a look better suited to ambient accent lighting than direct task lighting.
Construction is entirely woven bamboo stretched over a wire fish-shaped frame, a natural material that should stay under a roofline or awning when used outdoors rather than face direct rain or standing water. Occasional dusting or a dry brush keeps the weave clean and free of debris. The fixture is rated for installation in restaurants, bars, hallways, balconies, porches and other covered outdoor spaces.
