- Solid Iron, Built To Last — The frame is powder coated rather than painted, so the finish bonds to the metal instead of chipping off it. Built from heavy gauge iron.
- Swing Arm Reaches Where You Read — The arm folds out and back flat against the wall, so the light comes to you and then disappears.
- Frees Up Your Nightstand — Mounting on the wall gives the table back to your book, your glass and your phone.
Description
Description
The Berenice wall sconce is built from powder-coated iron with a swing arm that rotates and extends away from the wall, then retracts flush against the backplate when not in use. The single-light head pivots along the arm, so the beam can be aimed directly at a book, headboard, or desk without repositioning the whole fixture on the wall.
An E26 socket accepts LED, incandescent, or fluorescent bulbs (not included), giving flexibility to match either warm ambient light or brighter reading output. The fixture is hardwired, drawing power through a wall junction box and operating from a standard wall switch rather than a plug-in cord, so no visible cable ever runs down the finished wall.
Offered in black, white, or nickel finishes, the iron construction suits industrial, loft, and transitional bedrooms or studies alike. It mounts to a compact wall plate meant for dry indoor locations only. Wipe the arm joints and shade with a dry cloth occasionally to keep the swing and retract mechanism moving smoothly for years to come.
